I recently made a major life change by quitting my job, moving to Seattle and starting over. It was crazy to give up a great job in the middle of a recession and everyone told me so, but I knew it was time to make the move and I’m glad I did. When I celebrated my 30th birthday in Seattle away from all of my friends and family back home, I was sad, but I also felt happy that I was courageous enough to make the move. People kept saying nothing should be holding me back from doing what I wanted to since I was single with no children. And I thought, they are right. I finished college, entered the work force with great success and felt stuck. It was time for an adventure. Now that I’m an official Seattle resident, I want to encourage every woman who is putting her life on hold because she is afraid to go for it to get over your fear and jump in. All the way in!
Hello Ladies!
I am K.Bella the other half of single ladies and my journey to the place that I’m currently in has been very interesting. Back when we first started this blogging journey I had just recently taken time off to help get my parents back on their feet after surgery. Ironically, enough I’m still transitioning into what my next thing will be, which is not where I had originally envisioned myself, but hey it is what it is . God is funny! Life before the break consisted of me working in my field trying to make a name and things happen for myself post grad school. Life after the break has had me on an intense spiritual and emotional healing journey. I’m still not sure where I’m going up to end up but I’m willing to share my journey with you ladies. I fully believe in carpe diem so I will always encourage you ladies to the same. Buckle up and enjoy the ride!

Stepping out on faith is courageous.
